Mission Statement 

To work proactively to be sure that Trap-Neuter-Return is recognized as the most practical, humane, and cost  effective method of  managing feral cats.

To promote low-cost or no-cost easily accessible spay/neuter programs.

To support the No More Homeless Pets movement and related programs to reduce and eventually eliminate the killing of  animals in private and public shelters.

To offer educational materials, a website, press releases, and referrals to other resources to achieve these goals.
